The Art of Wine-Inspired Fermentation
Our process draws inspiration from fine winemaking. Coffee cherries undergo a triple fermentation: an anaerobic whole-cherry stage for depth, an aerobic pulped stage for clarity, and a flavor-fusion soak for complexity. The result — a cup with bright fruit acidity, wine-like aromatics, and a lingering cocoa finish.

The profile is expressive and balanced — reminiscent of a light-bodied red wine with chocolate undertones. Each sip unfolds layers of fruit, floral perfume, and sweetness.
